Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within [insert processing time]. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. HTC18 offers various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options. Estimated delivery times for each shipping method will be provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will communicate any significant delays to you as soon as possible.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: HTC18 ships to addresses within India and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: HTC18 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: HTC18 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of India.
